Topic 4: READING PHOTOGRAPHS

This topic was near and dear as it was the basis for my undergraduate thesis, though the ideas were geared toward graphic design.

I was reminded of the term isomorphic correspondence and the Gestalt theories: "reinforcing the notion that the world is not simply and objectively ‘out there’ but is constructed in the process of perception.”
